Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has issued the notification of the success of former prime minister and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan on seven seats of National Assembly. Election Commission of Pakistan issued notice on Thursday (19 Jan). Chief election commissioner Sikandar Sultan Raja led 5-member commission reseved the verdict. According to verdict issued by ECP PTI chief Imran Khan provided the details of election expenditures which has been accepted and he was declared a successful candidate for all 7 seats.
Keep clear that Imran Khan has pleaded to ignore the delay to submission of expenditure details.
Election commission reserved the verdict on 26 Dec.
Imran Khan delayed the submission of election campaign expenditure detals of national assembly constituency NA-22, NA-24, NA-31, NA-108 while election campaign expenditure details of NA-118, NA-239 and NA-45 were submitted in time.
