MARDAN: Members of Mardan Press Club staged a protest rally Friday outside the press club as cases were registered against Imad Yousaf, Director News (DN) of a private news channel. According to Online, rally was led by Mardan Press Club President Bakht Mohammad Yousafzai, General Secretary Shahab Akbar, Senior Journalists Ashraf Khan and Musrat Khan Asi. Addressing the protest rally the speakers said that the fabricated FIR against the Director News Imad Yusuf should be completely dropped. They also demanded that the killer of Arshad Sharif’s should be arrested. Later on the protesters dispersed peacefully. APP
