Blast in Peshawar
PESHAWAR
Awami National Party (ANP) on Monday announced three days of mourining after a suicide attack inside a mosque in Peshawar’s Police Lines left at least 32 people dead and injured 150. During this period, said a statement issued by the party’s headquarter Bacha Khan Markaz, ANP flag would fly at half-mast all across the party’s district headquarters in the province. ANP provincial president has directed the party workers to donate blood in the hospitals where injured from the blast are under treatment. “The volunteers of the party should ensure all possible assistance to the injured in the hospitals,” he said and added that no one knows the pain of martyrs better than ANP. The workers and supporters of the party have been issued instructions to visit the homes of the martyrs in their areas and express solidarity and condolence with their families.
