Former Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Saqib Nisar has said his whats app has been hacked and he fears it can be used for some specific purpose.
“ I had not declared Imran Khan fully Sadiq and Ameen. It was given political color. A book will be published after my death containing all facts, he said this while talking to a private TV channel here Monday.
He held “ my whatsapp has been hacked since two days and it has not been recovered so far. It is apprehended that my mobile data can be used for some specific purpose. Those who have hacked my mobile will face humiliation.
He went on to say that earlier one audio was made by combining my different videos. Interfering in some one private life falls in the domain of theft.
He underlined those who don’t know the alphabet of law is talking about the decisions at present. Who is attacking the courts at present has remained favorite of the courts some time. He has received relief always from the courts except one case.
He observed “when I had not become chief justice Nawaz Sharif had started saying in different circles I am his own chief justice. I had recused my self from the bench in Panama case. I had made open notice about the period in disqualification case that whosoever wants to assist the court can assist. The time for disqualification was fixed in the light of law and constitution.
The former CJP said he had not declared Sadiq and Amin fully to Imran Khan. It was given political color. I had declared Imran Khan Sadiq and Amin in 3 points. I gave three points in writing that decision should be given on these three points. Imran Khan proved Sadiq and Amin in these points. My judgment on three points against Imran Khan is still there.
He underlined that head of PKLI was appointed at the behest of a peer.
The key to problems facing the country lies in democracy, he added.
Hindrances were created on the way to polls in 2018 which were thwarted. Babar Yaqoob is witness to it.
I may have taken wrong decisions but why the decisions which were taken for the survival of the country are not implemented.
I will not give interview to any one. A book containing all facts will be published after my death. I will write the whole story from 1997 till my post of chief justice, he added.
