Tosha Khana case
LAHORE: Registrar office Lahore High Court (LHC) has raised objection over protective bail pleas of PTI chairman Imran Khan. Imran Khan had filed petition in LHC for his protective bail in Tosha khana case. Registrar office while raising objection over it said LHC has granted bail to Mian Aslam Iqbal and Farrukh Habib in this case. Imran Khan should attach with his petition copy of the decision given on the petitions of these two persons. Azhar Siddique counsel for Imran Khan has started working to remove the objections. The possibility is the petition will be got fixed for hearing today after removing the objections. Imran Khan has requested for 15 days protective bail in his petition. Online
