QUETTA : Quetta court has granted bail to Hassan Niazi, focal person and nephew of PTI chairman Imran Khan.
PTI leader Hassan Niazi was presented before Judicial magistrate Jamil Ahmad Saturday .
During the hearing of the case the police requested the court to grant 5 days physical remand of Hassan Niazi.
The court rejected police request.
Hassan Niaz while giving statement before judicial magistrate said “ my fault is this I am legal advisor of Imran Khan.
Later the court accepted the bail plea of Hassan Niazi against surety bonds in the sum of Rs 100000.
Hassan Niazi was arrested on March 20. Case was registered against him for interfering in government affairs and brandishing arms.
The case was registered in Ramna police station under the report of ASI Khooban Shah.
According to FIR text he tried to stop vehicle but the driver overran it on the police personnel.
Hassan Niazi hurled life threats . The other man with Hassan Niazi pulled out arms. The other persons succeeded in escaping with vehicle.
Police arrested Hassan Niazi during resistance.
