PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry has said the constitution is supreme and not the parliament and Supreme Court (SC).
” It has been said in the constitution to hold the polls in 90 days. Every thing of Mosin Naqvi is unconstitutional. Article 6 will be imposed on the cabinet which has violated constitution, he said this while talking to a private TV channel here Monday. PTI when voted to power will take action against the persons who are found responsible. Parliament or SC is not supreme but constitution is supreme. It has been said in the constitution that election be held within 90 days, he added.

he went on to say if election is not held on May 14 then all will have to come to streets. The matters can be resolved through dialogue.

He held it is not appropriate if the right is not given to people to elect their representatives. No struggle for basic rights can be launched by sitting in home. Not only PTI but also all the parties will have to come forward for the cause of election.

He pointed out there are queues upon queues of the people who want passport. The youths and working class is disappointed due to prevailing situation.

About dialogue between government and PTI team he said the statements given by Rana Sana Ullah and other ministers proved harmful for their party. It is fact the committee has gone back on several matters related to dialogue. We have agreed on different matters with negotiating team. Our differences remained on budget matter. PML-N negotiating team was facing challenges from its own people. Every element of rule of law has been buried.

The investigation from the accused who are nominated in life bid on Imran Khan is basic thing. Refusal. It is tantamount to bury the law if investigation is not conducted in respect of nominated suspects.
