81-member KP four Games contingent leaves for Quetta

The 81-members Khyber Pakhtunkhwa four Games contingent left for Quetta via buses and were seen off by President Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Olympic Association at Peshawar Sports Complex on Thursday.
The squad left from the Peshawar Sports Complex by buses to Quetta. General Secretary KP Olympic Association Zulfiqar Ali Butt, Director Operation Aziz Ullah Khan, Muhammad Amjad Khan, Khalid Waqar, Nasir Mohmand, President KP Sports Writers Association Asim Shiraz, Secretary Shahid Khan Afridi and other officials and large number of male and female athletes were also present.
Syed Aqil Shah prayed for their safe return from Quetta and advised them to keep unity in their rank by keeping their eyes on winning medals. “I hope you have prepared well for the 34th National Games and for success, the players have to use all their talents,” Aqil Shah said.
“Don’t worry, losing is the best part of the game and do your hard work to win a good position, “Aqil Shah said. The rest of the result is left to Allah and it should be noted that the 81-member squad of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province consists of male and female players of hockey, football, handball and boxing.
The opening ceremony will be held in the second phase on May 22. Some of the 34th National Games competitions will be held in Lahore and Islamabad as well.
