Elections of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Cycling Association have been completed. In this regard, an important meeting was held in Peshawar yesterday.
On this occasion, Haroon of Pakistan Cycling Federation, Deputy Director of KP Sports Board Tariq Khan, Assistant Director Amjad Iqbal, AD Ashfaq Ahmed, Budget Officer Aizaz Ahmed participated as observers in the meeting, the meeting unanimously elected new officials for four years, the meeting was attended by a large number of officials from all divisions, among the elected officials.
Syed Azhar Ali Shah Chairman Engineer Syed Shayan Ali Shah President Sher Afzal (Swat) Senior Vice President Muhammad Ali General Secretary Miss Rahm Bibi Miss Tahira Naz (Peshawar) Nasir Mehmood Hazara Iftikhar Ahmad Awan Peshawar Waseem Shah Kohat, Humayun Khan Mardan and Malik Akbar Niaz became Vice Presidents, Finance Secretary Tafur Zareen, Shahab Information Secretary, Muhammad Hasnain, Syed Ibrahim Shah (Mardan), Madam Sadia Peshawar, Madam Nazia Peshawar Associate Secretaries while Dr. Shakir Hafeez Hazara, Wahid Bakhsh DI. Khan, Ahad Murtaza Peshawar, Adil Farhan Kohat and Muhammad Zeeshan Bannu will be the executive members.
Addressing the meeting, President of Pakistan Cycling Federation Syed Azhar Ali Shah, Malik Akbar Niaz and other members of the outgoing KP President Nisar Ahmed. He thanked him for his services and said that the election process is completed under the sports policy and will continue to work for the promotion and development of cycling.
