Islamabad High Court (IHC) has directed PTI leader Ali Muhammad Khan to approach proper forum in case against illegal detention.
The petition filed by Ali Muhammad Khan against his illegal detention came up for hearing before single bench of IHC led by Justice Babar Sattar Monday.
Rizwan Shabbir Kiyani counsel for the petitioner appeared in the court saying that Ali Muhammad Khan has been shifted to Jhelum illegally.
The court remarked Jhelum is outside the regional jurisdiction of high court. You should resort to proper forum for relief. The court wrapped up the case with directives.
