Shireen Mazari arrest case
ISLAMABAD
Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued contempt notice to IG Police Islamabad in PTI leader Shireen Mazari arrest case.
The case came up for hearing before single bench of IHC led by Justice Miangul Hasan Aurangzeb Tuesday.
The court accepted the plea for making IG Police Islamabad a respondent in contempt of court case.
The petition for making IG Police Islamabad respondent in the case was filed by daughter of Shireen Mazari.
Contempt notice was issued to IG Police Islamabad.
Former Human Rights minister and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Shireen Mazari was rearrested for the fourth time, moments after she was released from Adiala Jail.
The hearing of the case was adjourned till May 25.
