ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued written order regarding nullification of arrest of PTI senator Ijaz Chaudhry under 3 MPO. Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb issued 6-page written order. The release of senator Ijaz Chaudhry was linked to affidavit. It has been said in written order the petitioner requested the court to declare arrest of his uncle Ijaz Chaudhry illegal. According to police Ijaz Chaudhy created law and order situation after Imran Khan was arrested. State counsel presented record of Ijaz Chaudhry tweets in the court. Record of any tweets which create law and order situation was not presented in the court. According to police report PTI leadership delivered speeches against armed forces which led to create political instability in the country.
