DIR LOWER: At least sixteen people including women and children were injured when the roof of a house collapsed during a Khatm e Quran ceremony in Kharkanai area of village Ouch here on Friday. Police said, Khatm e Quran gathering was underway at the house of Muhammad Ishaq when the roof of his dilapidated house collapsed. Sixteen people including women and children were injured in the incident. The injured included Samreen (8), Wajeeha (2), Waleed (13), Muskan (9), Kainat (13), Shahid (14) and some local women. APP
