8 to 10 hours of load shedding
ISLAMABAD
Power shortfall reached 6301 megawatt. Load shedding timings increased to 8 to 10 hours across country. According to sources of Power Division, the overall production of power is 22,200 megawatts. The demand of electricity is 28,1800 megawatts. The production of hydroelectricity is 6598 megawatts. Government Thermal power plants are producing 935 megawatts electricity. Private Sector power plants are generating 10,503 megawatts electricity. The production of electricity by wind power plants is 10023 megawatts.
The production of electricity by solar power plants is 121 megawatts. 156 megawatts of electricity is being produced by Bagasse. The production of electricity by Nuclear power plants is 30164 megawatts. Load shedding is going on 8 to 10 hours across country.
