EOBI department has become property tycoon, says Senator Mohsin Aziz

ISLAMABAD
Chairman Senate has handed over the matter of olive import in country and non-handing over EOBI funds to provinces to relevant committees.
Senate meeting was held under Chairman Sadiq Sanjrani in Parliament House on Friday.
While asking supplementary questions Senator Mushtaq Ahmed Khan said that hundred of teachers are working on daily wages in Islamabad Model Colleges and there has been no hiring for many years.
He said that teachers are being given RS 25000 as daily wages.
Senator Saif Ullah Abaro said that Over Rs 3 crore expenses on vehicles in 11 months, are very high.
Labors in Baluchistan are not being registered in EOBI.
Senator Mohsin Aziz said that institute of EOBI has become property tycoon.
The trust of people on this institution remains no more and this matter should be handed-over to Committee.
Senator Taj Haider said that federation has taken over EOBI and it is provincial matter.
These funds should be handed over to provinces .
On which Chairman Senate handed over matter to relevant committee.
Khyber Pakhtun Khawa (KPK) received the maximum funds in the field of communication in last 3 years.
