Toshakhana case
ISLAMABAD: The hearing of PTI chairman plea seeking his release in Toshakhana case will take place on August 22 in Islamabad High Court (IHC). IHC registrar office has issued cause list of next week. According to it the chairman PTI appeal plea seeking his release by suspending his conviction is also fixed for hearing. Chief Justice (CJ) IHC Amir Farooq and justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri will hear this plea. The court has issued notices to the respondents for next hearing besides summoning all record of the case from trial court. Online
