Deputy Commissioner North Waziristan Rehan Khattak today along with his team Assistant Commissioner Miranshah Khalid Imran, Assistant Commissioner Razmak Rahmadullah Khan Additional Assistant Commissioner Razmak, Tehsildar Mir Ali Ghani Rehman and Tehsildar Razmak Sher Bahadur along with the Jirga of Qaum Atmanzai. Akram Khushali held a jirga at Tori Khel Razmak’s house.
Atmanzai Jirga welcomed the Deputy Commissioner and the team and highly appreciated their regular meeting step. Jirga leaders told the district administration team that they are patriotic people, the state belongs to them and they belong to the state.
While talking, the leaders told the Deputy Commissioner that the only agenda of their current Jirga is to establish lasting peace in North Waziristan district through the state. For which they want to have a comprehensive and fruitful discussion with the state team according to the constitution and law of Pakistan.
Deputy Commissioner Rehan Gul Khattak assured the Jirga that the establishment of sustainable peace in North Waziristan district is the top priority of all state institutions. For which immense sacrifices have been made.
The Deputy Commissioner further informed the leaders that after today’s Jirga, formal discussions will be started very soon. Finally, the Deputy Commissioner thanked the Atmanzai Jirga for the excellent hospitality.
