Three tourists die in Mansehra jeep plunge

MANSEHRA: Three tourists from Lahore died and seven injured when their jeep plunged into a gorge in Mansehra on Monday. The tourists were travelling from Paras to Sharan when their vehicle met the accident near Paras Jabra area of Balakot. Police have shifted the bodies and the injured to a nearby hospital. Two women and a child were killed after a speeding oil tanker hit a motorcycle near Basti Lashari in Jampur. One person was injured in the accident, rescue sources said. The rescue team shifted the injured and the bodies of the deceased to a hospital. The police seized the oil tanker and started investigations. As many as 44 passengers when a coach they were travelling in turned turtle in Lower Kohistan on Monday.
