KARACHI: Malik Khuda Bakhsh, the former international director of Lions Club International, expert in the petroleum and gas industry and the central leader of the United Business Group (UBG), has asked Elizabeth Horst, the US deputy assistant minister for Pakistan, to continue supporting democracy in Pakistan. Welcoming the statement, he said that Pakistan has supported America at every step while maintaining a strong relationship of friendship, therefore Pakistan also thinks that America should fully support it in strengthening its economy. It is necessary for the US to give all kinds of concessions for easy access of Pakistani exporters in its markets. Malik Khuda Bakhsh said that the democratic forces of Pakistan and the forces of Pakistan are on the same page for the economic stability of the country and the successful crackdown against smugglers including money, dollar, sugar and wheat mafia in the country is the link that Pakistan is improving now.
