ISLAMABAD
Islamabad Capital Police Shalimar police station team safely reunited two missing children with their parents, a public relation officer said.
According to the details, a citizen submitted an application at Shalimar police station and stated that his son and daughter namely Ehthisham and Ani Tahira had been missing and could not be traced despite hectic efforts by family members.
Upon receiving the application the police team started the investigation.
The police team used technical and human resources and succeeded to trace the missing boy and girl and safely reunited them with their family.
The parents appreciated the police team’s efforts and thanked the Islamabad Capital Police for immediate assistance.
ICCPO Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan said that, safety of lives and property of the citizens is our prime responsibility and no stone would be unturned to secure the city.
