Commissioner Mardan Division Shaukat Ali Yousafzai has said that reward and punishment process is very important for better management and administration.
The district administration of Swabi has set a high example by recognizing the services of employees who have shown outstanding performance in various fields. Women officials are contributing to the development of the society by working in the areas of population welfare, livestock and women development among others which should be appreciated.
He was addressing a unique function under District Administration Swabi at Fazal Ali Haqqani Library Hall Swabi where he was the chief guest. Deputy Commissioner Swabi Gohar Ali, DPO Haroon Rasheed, ADC Finance and Planning Sara Tuhab, administrative and police officers and officials of various departments participated in the ceremony.
Commissioner Mardan distributed shields and prizes to female and male officers and personnel who showed outstanding performance in the Department of Population Welfare, Livestock and Social Welfare and Development of Women among others. Commissioner Mardan also distributed the special uniform introduced by the Swabi administration for the drivers and Class IV employees of the government departments among the employees.
Speaking at the event, Commissioner Mardan Shaukat Ali Yousafzai said that Swabi is an important district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa which has produced the most capable people in every field. He paid tribute to the district administration, especially Deputy Commissioner Swabi Gohar Ali and his team for starting several new projects for public interest.
Commissioner Mardan also inaugurated the Jawan Marka in Shah Mansoor. He planted a sapling in Shah Mansoor Complex as well.
