Caretaker PM contacts Palestinian President, assures Pakistan’s unwavering support

Caretaker Prime Minister Anwar-ul-Haq had a telephone call with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas and discussed the situation in Gaza in detail and assured Pakistan’s unwavering support to the Palestinians.
According to statement issued by spokesperson of Prime Minister’s House, Caretaker Prime Minister Anwar-ul-Haq Kakar made a telephone call to discuss the situation resulting from recent atrocities committed by the usurping Israeli army on innocent Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank.
Prime Minister strongly condemned the continuous, indiscriminate and worst shelling of Palestinians by the Israeli occupation forces, especially the shelling of Al-Ahli Hospital.
Prime Minister described Israel’s bombing and aggression as deliberate and despicable.
Both leaders emphasized that the international community should immediately play its role in stopping this massacre by Israel. Caretaker Prime Minister said that Pakistan has also sent the first batch of aid to its Palestinian brothers and sisters which reached Egypt yesterday.
Prime Minister also reiterated Pakistan’s unwavering support for a just and lasting solution to the Palestinian conflict.
