Charge Sheet framed against Chairman PTI and Shah Mehmood Qureshi in cipher case has come to open.

It has been said in the charge sheet that chairman PTI as Prime Minister (PM) kept illegal cipher with him. He misused secret documents. Cipher was highly secret document between Pakistan and US. But secret document was misused. The secret information of cipher was communicated to unnecessary people
It was further said that you were not authorized to use information against the interest of state.
The judge further remarked the foreign ministry provided cipher to you by reposing trust on you. You used the cipher for political gains by keeping it with you. You through this act compromised on cipher and security system of the country. Safety of Pakistan was affected due to this act on your part. You alongwith Shah Mehmood Qureshi worked out planning to use cipher to serve your personal interest in a meeting held in Banigala on March 28, 2022.
You endangered national security by using cipher in your interest on the basis of ill-intent.
It foreign ministry sent you cipher. You kept it with you and did not return it.
