Missing persons case
KARACHI: Justice Naimat Ullah of Sindh High Court (SHC) has remarked in missing persons case if police and administration have nothing in their hands the we will summon care taker Prime Minister (PM). The petitions regarding recovery of missing persons came up for hearing before SHC Thursday The court remarked 10 years have passed in missing persons cases. No headway has been made. The meetings of JITs and Task force are not result oriented. Justice Amjad Sahito remarked we hear 10 or 15 cases of missing persons daily since 10 years. Had we given such time to other cases then several matters would have been dealt with. The state counsel said 21 meetings of JIT have taken place, however no clue has been found so far. Online
