Rawalpindi: According to the notification of Punjab Council of Arts, the President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Rawalpindi, (RCCI) Saqib Rafiq has been appointed as the President of the Board of Management, Rawalpindi Division of the Punjab Council of Arts. The total number of members of the Board of Management is eleven. According to the TORs, the Board of Management will provide expert opinion, recommendations for the development and promotion of culture, literature and fine arts at the Divisional Arts Council level.
