PESHAWAR: Secretary higher education department Arshad Khan and Vice-Chancellor (VC) Dr Jahan Bakht on Thursday inaugurated a two-week Marigold and Crysenthemum’s Flower Exhibition at Agriculture University of Peshawar. According to a statement, the exhibition has been organized by the horticulture department of the university which will continue for two-weeks. The display of flowers spread the spring of colors everywhere, the beautiful sense of fragrance of which enchanted. In the ongoing exhibition, 30 types of daisies and 2 types of French and African roses were kept. The participants took keen interest in the flower exhibition. Dr Fazal Wahid explained to the participants about the capabilities, benefits and types of flowers exhibited. On this occasion, Chairman Horticulture Department Prof. Dr. Ghulam Nabi, Registrar Dr. Rizwan, Director Teaching Prof. Dr. Muhammad Idris, Prof. Dr. Iqbal Munir, Professor Dr. Muhammad Sajid, Director IBMS Dr. Muhammad Fayaz, Head of Department of Computer Science and Information Technology Dr. Asfandiar, Dr. Shamsur Rahman, Dr. Imran Ahmed and other faculty members and administrative officers were also present.
