Former interior minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmad has said respecting institutions is incumbent on every one.
“Respecting institutions is incumbent on every one. I have not sent any tweet after chilla. Punjab government had told there is no case against Sheikh Rashid, We should believe in Election Commission statement that election will be held on February 08, he said this while talking to media men here Friday on the occasion of his appearance in the court. .
He went on to say “today details of 10 cases have been filed in the court . There is my small politics of constituency 56 and 57. It is my thinking from my childhood that I take along all. We have worked in both the constituencies of Rawalpindi. If elections are not held then we will work on old pay.
Don’t force me to say such thing that may lead to do another chilla after doing chilla for 40 days, he remarked.
He went on to say court has given one week time to Punjab government to file complete report of cases against him. I had not participated in any protest demonstration related to May 9 incidents. My name was put in May 9 cases after chilla. The man who had given guarantee of my vehicle he was too lifted.
To a question he said there is relief upon relief for Nawaz Sharif. He will be given long relief.
Who thinks people are fools, he himself is the biggest fool, he underlined.
He stated he had not sent any message by hand through some person.
I will launch election campaign from December 10, he reiterated.
It seemed from PTI yesterday decision it will be allotted bat as election symbol, he added.
