Islamic Relief in collaboration with Habib Physiotherapy Complex and Habib Foundation Thursday established a Help Desk to facilitate transgender, women, children and persons with disabilities.
The Women and gender facilitation was established at District Social Welfare Office Jamrud with the joint efforts of the Islamic Relief in collaboration with Habib Physiotherapy Complex. Habib Foundation established a Help desk for persons with disabilities, women, children and transgender facilitation. It was inaugurated by Islamic Relief Regional Head Umer Farooq.
Speaking on this occasion, Dr Mahboob-ur-Rahman, Ibrar, Deputy Director, Miss Hina, Miss Huma, Nawaz Malik and Amjad were also present during the opening ceremony. The Help Desk would facilitate more than 10,000 people with different abilities including transgender, women and children.
He said that the Desk would work hard to find a way out for the livelihood of these persons so that they could earn their livelihood in a dignified manner.
