PPP makes a clean sweep in district Badin

Sindh’s ruling party, the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) candidates have won from Badin all five of provincial Assembly seats and two seats of National Assembly in General Elections.
As per the unofficial results, the PPP in district Badin has contested General Election 2024 on five seats of Provincial Assembly including PS-68, (Matli) PS-69 (Talhar), PS 70 (Tando Pago), PS-71 (Badin) and PS-72 (Shaheed Fazal Rahu) when two seats of National Assembly including NA-222 (Matli, Talhar and Tando Bago) NA-223 (Badin and Shaheed Fazal Rahu of district Badin.
Taj Muhammad Mallah of the PPP has succeeded from PS-71 by getting 41134 votes and in PS-68 (Matli) Mr. Muhammad Halepoto has won by getting 63348 votes.
Mir Allah Bux Talpur has bagged 38759 votes from PS-69 (Talhar) and declared as succeeded candidate and Arbab Ameer Amanullah has won from PS-70 (Tando Bago) by receiving 44126 votes.
Muhammad Ismail Rahu was declared successful by getting 39849 votes from PS-72 (Shaheed Fazil Rahu).
Meanwhile, Mir Ghulam Ali Talpur has turned NA 222 seat in his favor by getting 113916 votes and Haji Rasul Bux Chandio has also declared as succeeded on constituency NA-223 by getting 115681 votes.
A central control room was established in the Deputy Commissioner Office Secretariat Badin to make the elections free, fair, and transparent.
The Pakistan People’s Party went on to register clean sweep in Badin district after its all candidates emerged victorious in the district.
