Objection has been raised on the petitions filed by independent candidates including
Shoaib Shaheen and Ali Bokhari in Islamabad High Court (IHC) against the decision of Returning Officers (ROs) in two constituencies NA-47 and 48 of Islamabad.
Registrar office has raised objections of two kinds on the petitions.
It has been said in the objection that decision has not been made on the application given to ROs as yet and they can not come to high court direct. No written evidence is available regarding allegations leveled by the petitioners.
The petitions of Shoaib Shaheen and Ali Bokhari could not be fixed for hearing in high court.
