Principal secretary of PA case

Bail of former Chief Minister (CM) Punjab Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi in appointment of principal secretary of Punjab Assembly (PA) has been approved. Appointment of principal secretary of PA case against Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi came up for hearing in local court of Lahore Wednesday. The court approved bail of Pervaiz Elahi after hearing the arguments and ordered him to submit surety bonds worth Rs 100000. The counsel for Pervaiz Elahi argued during the hearing of the case judicial magistrate discharged Muhammad Khan Bhatti from the case.
The notification of principal secretary was issued prior to becoming Pervaiz Elahi as chief minister.
