Sheikh Rashid ECL case

Lahore High Court (LHC) Rawalpindi bench has summoned interior secretary in person in the petition filed by former interior minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmad seeking removal of his name from Exit Control List (ECL).
A two members bench of LHC Rawalpindi bench comprising Justice Mirza Viqas Rauf and Justice Sadaqat Ali Khan took up the petition for hearing Tuesday.
Sheikh Rashid appeared in the court along with his lawyers Sardar Abdul Razzaq and Sardar Shahbaz.
Deputy prosecutor NAB appeared in the court.
Deputy Prosecutor NAB said information have been obtained from all regional offices of NAB across the country. Sheikh Rashid is not wanted by us in any case.
The court while summoning interior secretary and secretary ECL in person on next hearing adjourned the hearing of the case till March 6.
