illegal appointments in PA case
LAHORE: Anti Corruption Court (ACC) Lahore has fixed March 11 for indictment of former chief minister Punjab Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi and other accused in alleged illegal appointments in Punjab Assembly (PA) case. Judge Arshid Hussain Bhutta of ACC took up the case against Pervaiz Elahi and others for hearing Wednesday. The court summoned Pervaiz Elahi and others for indictment on March 11. The court directed the prosecution to distribute copies of challan among all the accused persons. The court ordered all accused to appear on next hearing. Online
