ISLAMABAD: In line with the directions of Federal Minister of Interior Mohsin Naqvi, CDA One Window Operation remained open on Saturday for the convenience of the citizens of Islamabad. Chairman CDA Muhammad Ali Randhawa visited One Window Operations on Saturday and presided over a meeting. It was decided in the meeting that commercial properties in Islamabad which were purchased through CDA’s auctions and their allottees have not paid the arrears/ dues / installments of their plots, such allotees shall have to pay all the dues / arrears / installments of their plots till 30 June 2024. Otherwise, the allotment of their plots will be canceled as per the rules. In this regard, notices have been issued to the owners of such properties who have not deposited the dues. It was decided in the meeting that the defaulters will be blacklisted. For the convenience of the public, the One Window Operation Directorate of CDA will remain open on Sunday from 09:00AM to 09:00PM so that citizens can deposit their dues at the one window. On the instructions of Federal Minister for Interior Mohsin Naqvi, Chairman CDA Muhammad Ali Randhawa is personally monitoring the facilities being provided at One Window Operations.
