PESHAWAR
Chief Secretary Nadeem Aslam Chaudhary on Saturday paid a visit to District Upper Dir Kumrat where the district administration briefed about the developmental schemes in the district.
He was accompanied by Additional Chief Secretary of the Planning and Development Department, Syed Imtiaz Hussain Shah, Commissioner of Malakand Division, Saqib Raza Aslam, and other officials.
A meeting was held under the chairmanship of Chief Secretary Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. During the meeting, Deputy Commissioner Upper Dir provided a detailed briefing to the Chief Secretary, covering regional development projects, the plantation campaign, and the measures being taken to promote tourism and protect the natural environment in Kumrat Valley, including a briefing on the Kumrat Development Authority.
On this occasion, Nadeem Aslam Chaudhary emphasized the importance of continuing efforts to promote tourism and preserve the natural environment in the area.
He further stressed that all government departments must ensure the timely delivery of services to the public.
CS-KP encouraged officers to carry out their duties diligently and to facilitate public access to government offices in order to address the needs and concerns of the community.
