ISLAMABAD: Judges duty roster of Islamabad High Court (IHC) for the next week has been issued. Duty roster has been issued by deputy registrar under directives of Chief Justice (CJ) IHC. According to roster only three judges will be available from August 19 to August 23. According to judges duty roster 3 single and 1 division bench have been constituted for hearing the cases in next week. CJ IHC Aamir Farooq has returned after one week court’s vacations. Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb and Justice Babar Sattar will be available for hearing the cases. 5 Judges of IHC will not be available due to court’s vacations. Special division bench and larger bench will also be available in view of need in next week. Summer vacation in IHC will end on September 10. ONLINE
