Election Tribunal has denotified home minister Balochistan Mir Ziaullah Langau besides ordering re-election in 7 disputed polling stations of PP-36 Balochistan Assembly (BA). The EC has declared portfolio held by home minister Balochistan null and void. Justice Abdullah Baloch of Election Tribunal Balochistan High Court during the hearing of the petition nullified the portfolio of home minister held by him. JUI-F candidate Mir Saeed Langau rival candidate of Mir Zia Ullah Langau in PP-36 Balochistan Assembly had filed election petition in election tribunal.
Akram Shah advocate had persuaded the election petition filed by Mir Saeed Langau while Salim Lashari advocate appeared on behalf of Mir Zia Langau.
