IHC moved for not giving Imran to military custody

ISLAMABAD: PTI founder Imran Khan has approached the court to seek orders for not giving him to military custody for trial in military court. Counsel Aziz Karamat Bhindari has filed petition in Islamabad High Court (IHC) Law secretary, interior secretary and federation have been made respondents. The petition said giving PTI founder to military custody be stopped. It may be ensured that Imran Khan remains in civilian courts and civilian custody. Several clauses of constitution have been referred to in the petition wherein it is told constitution be adhered to and he be not given to military custody.
