KARACHI
Sindh High Court (SHC) has ordered all mobile companies to conduct joint survey on the petition against poor mobile net work and internet service in city court besides adjourning hearing for two weeks.
The petition filed by Karachi Bar against Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) and Mobile companies came up for hearing in SHC Monday.
The petitioner president Karachi Bar and others appeared in the court.
During the hearing of the case president Karachi Bar Aamir Nawaz said the mobile network service in the entire city court is next to nil.
Karachi Bar took the plea internet service too is severely affected. The clients are suffering from problems due to poor service of internet and mobile phone.
Karachi bar said neither clients can contact their counsels nor counsels can contact their clients due to the poor service of mobile net work and internet. The clients cannot contact for hours with their lawyers.
Karachi bar had taken plea in the petition that mobile network service stands suspended in city court. Internet service too is affected. The clients are facing difficulties due to poor mobile net work and internet service.
