Capacity building training for minority community concludes

The second phase of the six-day “Capacity Building and Employability Skills Training Program” concluded successfully, equipping minority community men and women with essential skills to enhance their employability.
As part of the provincial Annual Development Program (ADP) under the minority department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the program sessions consisted of various training on communication skills, leadership skills, entrepreneurship, CV making training, interview training, career counseling and competitive exam preparation.
The concluding ceremony of the training was attended by former Special Assistant Minority Affairs Wazirzada, Deputy Secretary Minority Affairs Muhammad Ilyas, Assistant Commissioner Swat Munir Halimzai and others.
Assistant Commissioner (AC) Bunir Maryam Bakhtawar, belonging to the Christian community, made a special visit and trained the students about the preparation of competitive exams.
Apart from them, the well-known trainers of the country gave information and training to the students on various topics.
Planning Officer Sahibzada Haider Jan and Monitoring Officer Mian Asjad of Minority Affairs Department paid a special visit to the camp to review the arrangements.
Deputy Secretary of Minority Affairs Department KP Muhammad Ilyas while addressing the participants said that the training program will provide the youth from the minority community with professional career start, principles of employment, effective communication techniques and skills to develop and present their personality.
