KARACHI: Sindh High Court (SHC) has ordered to conduct MD CAT test again within four weeks.
The court announced short order in the case of alleged irregularities in MDCAT test. Justice Salahuddin Panhwar said to counsel for PMDC “ your hands are tied where there are powerful people. Announce the result of MDCAT test today. Were Rs 8000 per candidate taken. This is too high for poor person. Apparently this examination has been compromised. ONLINE
Counsel for PMDC said we will implement whatever decision is given by court.
Counsel for FIA told the court mobile of those who participated in examination process are on forensic. One person had deleted messages which were recovered. Physical evidence has also been found.
The court remarked orders be obtained from chief secretary Sindh, secretary health and secretary universities. Tell us after asking that Sindh government will provide what facilities if IBA conducts test again.
Additional chief secretary said we make consultations with IBA Karachi on court orders .
SHC remarked why on the orders of court. This is your job. There is no need of court’s order.
