Peshawar
A fair of beautiful, antique and sparkling vehicles was held at Peshawar Sports Complex under the auspices of the Directorate General of Sports Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. More than three hundred vehicles including Mercedes, BMW, Jaguar Ford, Chevrolet, Mini, VW, Land Rover participated in the show, in which antique and classic car enthusiasts from different cities of the country participated with their vehicles.
The show was officially inaugurated by Director General Sports Abdul Naser. Director Operations Naimat ullah Marwat, Deputy Director Azizullah Jan, Deputy Director Operations Jamshed Baloch were also present.
He said that the show was organized under the leadership of Secretary Sports Matiullah on the special instructions of Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur and Provincial Minister for Sports Syed Fakhar Jahan.
The aim of the show is to provide entertainment opportunities to car enthusiasts as well as citizens in the province. Along with adults, children have also expressed special interest in the car show. Children and parents who came to see the car show say that they come here to see beautiful and old cars and such events should continue. Various models of BMW, Ferrari, Mercedes, Harley Davidson and other vehicles were on display in the show, where Mini Cooper, Foxy and Mercedes remained the center of attention of the citizens, while citizens also took selfies with the shiny and beautifull cars.
