PESHAWAR: Peshawar High Court (PHC) has sought report from respective institutions regarding disappearance of Phd scholar Asad Ali Khan from Mardan. Justice Ejaz Anwar of PHC heard the case regarding the disappearance of Phd scholar Asad Ali Khan. The counsel for the petitioner told the court CTD authorities sought pistol from Asad Ali Khan student of Islamia College on October 01 after 12 days and we gave it to them. CTD authorities are now demanding hand grenade. Justice Ejaz Anwar remarked it is helplessness of government that one Phd is lifted. CTD lifts people and it keeps them for two to three months. When nothing is proved against them then recovery of pistol or some other thing is shown against them.
