Hike in electricity tariff case
ISLAMABAD: Head of Supreme Court (SC) constitutional bench Justice Amin ud Din Khan while hearing the intra court appeals against the registrar office objections on the petitions of Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) and Syed Iqbal Hashmi with reference to hike in electricity tariff has accepted appeal against registrar office objections. Justice Amin ud Din Khan held in-chamber hearing. The counsels of petitioners appeared in the court. Justice Amin ud Din Khan removed the objections of registrar office on petitions after short hearing. Justice Amin ud Din Khan while ordering to fix the cases in open court adjourned the hearing of the case for indefinite period. Online
