Prime Minister (ONLINE): Shehbaz Sharif has said khawarij forces are out to cause harm to Pakistan and the sacrifices rendered by Pakistan army to eliminate Khawarij are unforgettable.
“The head of terrorism will have to be crushed to continue journey of development. If I don’t outpace India in the field of development then I am not Shehbaz Sharif, he said this while addressing a public meeting here in DG Khan Saturday.
He announced to build university in Rajanpur and a cancer hospital in Dera Ghazi Khan (DG Khan) Saturday.
He thanked the people for their warm welcome.
He stated that his government has worked day and night for the progress of the people, emphasising that Nawaz Sharif’s vision is solely focused on Pakistan’s development.
He highlighted that Punjab prospered under Nawaz Sharif’s leadership, and Maryam Nawaz is now serving the people of Punjab, ensuring that medicines and facilities reach every household. He recalled the efforts made during the 2010 floods to support South Punjab.
The Prime Minister reaffirmed his commitment to health, education, and industrial growth, stating that numerous projects were launched to create job opportunities. He vowed to continue serving the people and expressed his gratitude for their support.
Discussing the economic situation, Shehbaz Sharif noted that Pakistan’s economy is improving, with inflation reduced from 40% to 4% and the policy rate lowered from 22% to 12%.
He pledged to work tirelessly to make Pakistan a great nation and boldly stated that if he does not surpass India in development, his name will not be Shehbaz Sharif.
All provinces are equal to me. Development of all provinces is important to me, he remarked.
He directed to complete construction work on Tounsa bridge as soon as possible.
He underlined strikes and dharnas always cause harm to the country. We believe in action rather than words.
My foreign visits were also criticized.
Without mentioning name of Imran Khan he said one politician used to say Shehbaz Sharif whenever goes outside the country he begs money.
I asked do you go outside the country to distribute money, he added.
