PESHAWAR: Additional District and Sessions Judge Peshawar Murad Akmal on Wednesday granted bail to a female accused arrested in connection with the double murder case within the limits of Chamkani police station. The case was pursued by Tufail Zia Ahmedkhel Advocate on behalf of the accused. According to the FIR, on February 06, 2025, two persons named Shoaib son of Najab Khan, resident of Akbarpura, and Adil son of Mir Azam, resident of Ghari Qamaruddin, Peshawar, were killed in the early hours of the morning near the Motorway Toll Plaza, which was claimed by Raj Wali son of Malik Akbar and the wife of the deceased Shoaib, Ms. Sartaja, wife of Shoaib, resident of Akbarpura, after which the police arrested the wife of the deceased Shoaib and sent her to jail after investigation. After that, the accused filed a bail application with the Additional Sessions Judge Peshawar through Tufail Zia Ahmedkhel Advocate and the learned Judge, after hearing the arguments, issued orders to release the accused on bail.
