Court issues arrest warrants of PTI leaders

ISLAMABAD
District and Sessions Court Islamabad has issued arrest warrants of PTI leaders in Haqiqi Azadi March cases besides adjourning the hearing till April 23.
Senior Civil Judge Muhammad Abbas Shah heard two cases registered in connection with PTI Haqiqi Azadi March Tuesday. No accused among those nominated in the case appeared in the court.
Arrest warrants were issued in respect of Ali Nawaz Awan, Raja Khurram Nawaz and others for not appearing in the court.
In both the cases PTI founder and others are nominated .
Arguments could not take place on Tuesday on acquittal plea of the accused persons.
Judge Muhammad Abbas Shah said he would hear acquittal pleas in the presence of the accused.
The counsel for the petitioner took the plea arguments were given in many cases earlier in the absence of PTI founder and he was acquitted.
The court adjourned the hearing of the two cases till April 23.
Two cases are registered against PTI founder and others in Police station Kohsar.
