Chief Guest Governor Sindh Kamran Khan Tessori distributed the Prizes

Pak Veterans Club (Greens) emerged title winners in the 4th Mehtab Chawla Ramadan Floodlight Masters Hockey Tournament, defeating Blues in a thrilling final decided through penalty strokes here at the Olympian Islahuddin and Dr M A Shah Academy.
The championship match saw an intense battle between Pak Veterans Club (Greens) and Blues, with the latter putting up a strong fight. The final score after regular time was 4-4, leading to a penalty shootout where Pak Veterans Club (Greens) secured the title.
Olympian Sameer Hussain was the top scorer of the tournament with 15 goals. Governor of Sindh, Kamran Khan Tessori, graced the occasion as the chief guest and distributed prizes among the players. Chairman Organizing Committee Olympian Islahuddin Siddiqui and Rehan Chawla presented the chief guest with a commemorative shield and a souvenir from the tournament administration.
Mehtab Chawla’s sons, Noman Chawla, Kashif Chawla, Academy Manager Aslam Khan, Organizing Secretary Syed Alay Hassan, Azmat Pasha, Sagheer Hussain, Asad Zaheer, Saeeda Khanum, Nadim Saeed, Mahfooz ul Haq, Haji Ghulam Muhammad and others were also present.
In his address, Governor Kamran Khan Tessori emphasized the need for increased government support and investment in hockey. He praised the contributions of former players and urged continued efforts to revive Pakistan’s standing in the sport.
Kamran Khan Tessori also congratulated the Chawla brothers on receiving the Tamgha Imtiaz from the government and assured Olympian Islahuddin Siddiqui of his full support in the future.
