Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani has expressed resentment over investigation officer due to poor investigation in murder case.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani has remarked the accused are acquitted due to poor investigation. When the accused are acquitted then people curse this country and courts.
The counsel for the petitioner told the court what the police was to recover from the accused , it recovered it from the father of deceased. By recovering the thing from the father of victim which was to be recovered from the accused, benefit was afforded to the accused.
