ISLAMABAD: Eid ul Azha is a significant Muslim event which is observed during the month of Zil Hajj. This Eid arrives soon after Eid ul Fitr. Muslims celebrate Eid ul Azha on the 10th of Zil Hajj, after completing their Hajj which is a mandatory act of worship for well-off Muslims. On the 10th of Zilhaj Muslims perform the ritual of sacrificing animals in the name of Allah and distribute the meat among the needy ones, as well as among family and friends.
